Through our Defend Process, we offer Guardian by Mankin: a managed services plan that ensures your system lives up to its full potential year after year. Through Guardian, you can have direct access to the most capable production engineers when you need them most – including during your services and events over the weekend.

Our state-of-the-art network operations center provides on-demand technical support for all of your production-related issues. Additionally, Guardian customers can enjoy proactive notifications for most quality production equipment, enabling support engineers to identify and correct problems before they affect the performance of the system.

We also offer standard à la carte weekday support from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST via phone and email, as well as emergency after-hours and weekend support for customers not enrolled in Guardian.
