Our 4D process incorporates your dreams into a comprehensive system design, deploy, and defend process that maximizes your ability to engage your audience.
The DREAM process informs and inspires where you want to go, what it’s going to take, and how we’re going to get there together.
The DESIGN process takes the emotional language of wants and needs and converts it to technical specifications on a printed document.
The DEPLOY process makes sure the system lives in harmony with your building acoustically, electrically, and aesthetically.
The DEFEND process protects the performance standards of your system to maximize the longevity of your investment.
While “feel-good" words are easy to come by, commitment is not. These eight values are the most essential elements of who we are and what we stand for. We invite you to hold us to them.
We value honesty, loyalty, humility, respect, gratefulness, and trustworthiness above all else.
We believe in the work we’re doing and the people we’re doing it for, 100% of the time.
We respect the client, our team, and the process - and understand that active collaboration is foundational to delivering an exceptional, repeatable experience.
We will be dependable and reliable to ourselves, our teammates, and our clients.
We are relentless in - and committed to - our pursuit of excellence, while also maintaining sustainability as individuals, employees, and as a company.
We will embrace curiosity, take healthy risks, and consider education a critical component to the growth of our company and success of our clients.
We value long term relationships over cold transactions.
We are a team of A-players dedicated to finding and delivering the wow on each and every project.
As individuals, we range from tech wizards to raconteurs and entrepreneurs to engineers. Together, we’ve completed hundreds of projects and won dozens of awards. While we’re proud of all that, our passion and purpose is what really excites us: we’re here to help you engage your audience.
While working in broadcast production, Ben saw a growing need for talented and creative people to lead organizations and churches through the media revolution. In 2001, he decided to start Mankin Media Systems in the spare bedroom of his condo. One day, after his neighbor signed for 14 speaker boxes that came truck freight, he realized it might be time to make things a bit more formal. Since that time he’s consulted, designed, and installed technical systems all over the world while building a team around him of smart and savvy people. Hundreds of projects and dozens of awards later, Ben’s passion to help leaders better engage their audience has never burned brighter.
